I was pleased to find available rooms. The décor was Soviet‑era and the wallpaper barely stayed on the walls. There were no mosquito nets on the windows. The only decent thing was the bed and bedding. The location was unclear at first, but it turned out to be 16 km from the city.
The staff were very friendly and the location was great. The structure needs renovation.

A two‑room house with kitchen and living room in Uman cost almost the same for a 20‑minute drive. The room lacked a hair dryer, kettle (so no tea or coffee), and the towels and sheets were quite old with holes. The TV was present but didn’t work. Wi‑Fi was non‑functional, but we were lucky the front desk gave us the password and our room was close enough to pick up a signal.
