Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The hotel was close to town and had a charming atmosphere, but the in‑room fireplace was broken; the on‑site manager tried hard to fix it, couldn't, and it required service, yet her effort was exemplary.

The setting felt cozy, and there was an on‑site ice restaurant; the check‑in text communication was smooth. However, there were no staff on the premises, the coffee area was empty, and the posted wine and cheese were only available at 5 am – we’d come back from town early to mingle with other guests, only to find that Wednesdays were off‑limits, and the sign had been removed. Trash in the common areas was overflowing, the coffee bar stayed empty from morning until the evening before, and the advertised steps from downtown turned out to be inaccurate.

There was no breakfast, no wine, and no cheese. The room measured about 9 ft by 11 ft with a slanted ceiling and door frames that made it feel more like a closet. The inn itself was neither clean nor tidy, and the common areas were extremely small. The bed was comfortable, but the owners appear to be investors rather than innkeepers, and the place lacked warmth and coziness; it really needed cleaning, especially the screens, porches, and windows – it gave us the creeps!

Everything was very impersonal; checking in and out were all handled online with no personal interaction. The house and town were nice, updated, and clean.

The location was great, the place was clean, and check‑in and check‑out were easy. I was disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner.
