“not comfortable because of the above policy”

We had a decent stay at this hotel, but there were a few issues that left a sour taste. The staff was friendly enough, but they seemed a bit inflexible when we asked for some extra help. What really got our backs up, though, was the policy on the sofa bed - apparently, it's only meant for lounging, not sleeping, and if you need to use it as an extra bed, you've got to pay extra for it. It felt a bit like they were nickel-and-diming us, and it really took away from our overall experience.

“Uncomfortable”

The hotel's location was super convenient, just a short walk from the city center. However, the overall appearance of the place left a lot to be desired. The walls could've used a fresh coat of paint and there were some minor repairs that needed to be done. When I went to take a shower, I was surprised to find out there were no towels provided, and the soap dispenser was empty. The bathroom fixtures looked like they belonged in a different era altogether.

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't respond to my queries, which made my stay a bit frustrating. However, the staff were friendly and the location was great, but the lack of communication was a major issue.

This place was a total disaster from start to finish. The pictures looked nice, but in reality, it was a dirty and stinky mess. The curtains were old, the sheets were dirty, and everything was just gross. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here.

I'm still trying to process my stay at this hotel. The location was pretty central, but that's where the positives end. Unfortunately, the room was infested with bugs crawling all over the bed - it was honestly disgusting. To make matters worse, there were ants marching across the floor and the towels were a weird yellowish color. I'm not sure what was more off-putting, the creepy crawlies or the questionable cleanliness.
