Hotel Windsor-Mombasa

I liked the location, the food and the staff, but the mattress was worn out, curved and in very bad shape, and there were lots of mosquitos.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant, thanks to its spotless cleanliness, cool ambiance, and convenient walking distance to most attractions. However, the breakfast menu was a bit repetitive, with the same options every day, and I wished they had included more organic and varied options.

I visited this hotel and enjoyed the cozy bar, which was open until 11 pm and offered reasonably priced drinks, accompanied by nice music. However, I was surprised to find that the on-site pricing was different from what was listed, and I had to pay an extra $10. Additionally, the room didn't come with air conditioning or a safe, which was a letdown. The bathroom was also old and dirty. I'd advise others to be cautious and note that this might not be the best place for families with kids.

The hotel's location in the heart of Mombassa was a major highlight, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations due to the absence of a promised fridge in my room. This oversight was a bit of a letdown, especially considering the hotel's otherwise great location.

“This my 3rd time every time same experience with the facilities”

I had a decent stay at this hotel, mainly due to the excellent food and the helpful staff. However, the hotel's internet connectivity was a major letdown, as it barely worked even at 10% capacity. Additionally, the TV was a mere decoration, stuck on the wall without any functionality. The overall experience was marred by these issues.
