The location is great and getting there from the airport is straightforward. On Saturday, when we left our room for breakfast, a staff member was fast asleep on the lobby couch, snoring so loudly you could hear it from the stairs. When we came down, he woke up. We knew the breakfast room wouldn’t open until 8 AM and that the door was locked, which was fine. However, when we asked him to fill our water bottle because the breakfast area was locked, he was visibly annoyed—even though he knew there was no drinking water or coffee‑making facilities in the room. We went to a nearby bakery for breakfast instead. When we returned, another staff member refused to let us use the lobby restroom, literally telling us, “You have a bathroom in your room, so you can’t use the lobby one.” This is completely ridiculous. I paid for a stay that was already poor value for money, and I’m not even allowed to use the hotel’s facilities? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
