The manager was attentive and helpful, and the portable heater made the room pleasantly warm. The location was convenient, close to the main avenue yet in a quieter spot. However, the ground‑floor apartment was dirty, the blankets smelled strongly of mildew, and there were no cleaning supplies like brooms or mops provided. The exterior also had a strong cat urine odor, making it hard to leave the window open for ventilation.
