The location is great, the beach is just across the road, and cafés and restaurants are everywhere; the room view is stunning, the price is great, breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of foods, fresh fruit, omelets, etc., and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The only downside was that there was no coffee machine for latte at breakfast, only ready‑made coffee.

The reception staff were incredibly responsive and friendly, always sincere and ready to help; the room was large and comfortable, and the breakfasts were varied. The bath’s odd construction caused water to constantly spill onto the floor.

The front desk staff were very friendly and responsive, handling all questions quickly. They offered luggage storage while you waited. The location is convenient, with everything within walking distance. The private beach area has 30 loungers and 9 umbrellas, which is a bit limited; you can rent a spot and towel for 100 dng plus a drink of your choice. The same staff also offer the same price nearby. My room had a partial ocean view from the window, but no balcony, and the window only opens a little. Breakfast was a Swedish buffet, fairly varied. The spa and pool area is on the third floor, and the pool is not small, with enough loungers. The bar, however, was not open. In high season the loungers are even scarcer, and the condition of the loungers could be better. The pool bar was closed during my stay, and the pool closes at 20:00, which is a drawback because people usually gather after dinner and there isn’t enough time to relax. The room furniture lacks drawers, so I had to spread all my small items on the countertop.

The location is unbeatable in Nha Trang, right across the top restaurant Sailor Club. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Front desk and pool staff were extremely helpful, even arranging a bus back to the airport by calling the company and making the reservation. The price was very attractive, and the sea view from the ocean rooms is spectacular. Everything was excellent.
