This place is a scam; I booked online and asked for an early arrival, but when I got there they said no rooms were available at 11 am. I had to find another place, then they told me they’d booked rooms only for offline guests.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly courteous and made sure that my stay was not only comfortable but also secure, respecting my personal space at all times. However, I did feel that the hotel could have taken my stay to the next level by offering catering services, which would have been a welcome addition to the already impressive amenities they provided.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a series of unfortunate events. Upon arrival for check-in, I was informed that the room I had booked was no longer available, forcing me to book a different hotel at a significantly higher rate. This experience left a sour taste, making me realize that relying on online bookings can be a gamble. I would advise others to consider booking directly with the hotel to avoid any potential issues.
