The spot is great and the reception team—Onkar and Sandip—are very welcoming and supportive, and the canteen staff helps out too. The property itself feels poorly maintained and the space is under‑used; the front view is blocked by two aisles on the side and the second floor is oddly large for a canteen that only offers 8‑10 rooms. The breakfast package listed on the booking site is priced almost the same as the room, which makes it a no‑go deal. Adding a small swimming pool on the beach side would enhance the scenery, and a retractable shade over the building instead of a permanently fixed one would improve the experience. These tweaks could boost footfall and attract more tourists to this beautiful spot at Devbaug Sangam Point.
