They are scammers! The app says check‑out is at 11:00 AM, yet a staff member came to my room at 10:50 AM, woke me up, and kept banging on my door until I answered. He demanded I leave immediately, ten minutes before the official time. When I pointed out that it was still before 11:00 AM and that hotels normally let guests stay until check‑out, he insisted I leave by 10:30 AM, even though the app clearly states 11:00 AM. On top of that, they required a $40 deposit that wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the app. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
