One of the best spots to visit in Marina 5. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful, especially Tarek at reception and Ahmed from room service. The place was really beautiful and clean, the villa was spacious with an eye‑catching view of the lagoon and the pool, the beds were comfy and the AC worked well. Breakfast was nice, and I recommend it 100 %. Nothing to complain about.

The spot was great, but there were no facilities and no kids area like the photo promised. The reception man was unprofessional, avoided eye contact, and showed no interest in speaking.

The place is perfectly located near restaurants and popular spots, and everyone was quick and helpful. Mr. Amir gave clear directions to the beach, which was a short walk, clean, and not crowded. We stayed in a 5‑room villa that was roomy, and the private garden offered a lovely lake view. The only thing that could improve is adding a sink to the kitchenette for washing dishes and glasses, and moving the private pool cleaning to later in the day to avoid high chlorine levels at noon.

Mr. Amir and Mr. Tareq at the front desk were incredibly helpful, always on hand and upbeat, and the rest of the hospitality crew were all hardworking, capable, and genuinely supportive. The breakfast, however, was disappointing—nothing fresh and the selection was thin.
