The room was pretty, clean and functional, with very comfortable beds, blackout curtains for privacy, a trash bin, hair dryer and iron, and a corner for coffee, tea and glasses; the bus stop for Stade de France is right in front of the hotel and the metro station for every part of the city is just 10 min away. The staff seemed confused and slow, so you have to take the initiative to get the keys, but they’re polite and helpful.

The bedding, décor, spacious wardrobe, beautiful bathroom, large dining room and breakfast quality were all excellent, and the staff greeted us with smiles and small personalized touches in the room upon arrival. The corridors were gloomy with dark carpet, the toilet linens had a bad smell, and the breakfast service staff left their hair unbound.
