The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works, and there is hot water. The bathroom smells strongly of water. Keep in mind they serve an Indian breakfast; if you’re used to toast, pastries, etc., you’ll be disappointed. The coffee, however, is very good and makes up for the rest.
