“Davvero un’esperienza fantastica”

The facility is absolutely fantastic, the staff is extremely kind, they upgraded us on their own, and they pampered us right away with local tea and small gestures. Breakfast and lunch are delicious, the view is stunning (you can also eat outside), the location is excellent, the rooms are clean and there is even a clothing shop underneath. After returning from the day trip we ordered dinner directly through them. They were very kind in booking various excursions, taxis, and a full massage inside their property. The place is truly amazing; we highly recommend booking.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Everything was well organized, which made our stay very easy and relaxing. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guilin and would be happy to stay here again!

“Beautiful, tranquil lakeside resort”

The staff were extremely friendly, offering plenty of great lunch and dinner options, and the included breakfast was substantial. They also assisted us with booking the cave, which is just a 5‑minute walk away. The view over the lake is breathtaking, and our room was incredible, especially considering the price paid. 10/10—recommend anyone traveling to Guilin stay here.

“Fantastisch”

I met a remarkably friendly and helpful person who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience; for instance, when I needed breakfast a bit earlier because of early plans, it was no problem at all. The rooms were neat, well‑maintained, spacious, and had excellent beds, offering a beautiful view of the sunrise. Truly recommended, and with the Didi you’re right in the city center. We really enjoyed our stay!

“Séjour magnifique !”

La décoration est soignée. Situé en face d’un lac, l’hôtel offre un cadre splendide. Le service est top. La réceptionniste qui parle très bien anglais, est vraiment adorable. Elle nous rendu beaucoup de services. Encore un grand merci !
