The staff were welcoming, with Cristian delivering amazing service by the campfire and Mónica at reception doing the same; everyone else was helpful, attentive, and quick to meet any cabin needs. The common areas stayed spotless and organized, and the food was tasty. The included services matched exactly what the place promised—everything was simply spectacular. I would recommend it 100 %. The only downside is that they don’t accept debit or credit cards, otherwise everything was perfect 👌

“Excelente y relajante experiencia”

The room was really comfortable, which was a big plus for me. However, I think they could improve the storytelling experience they offer to guests. Instead of just a history lesson about La Gaitana, it would be great if they could share some local legends, myths, or personal stories that bring the place to life. Something that would really capture visitors' imaginations.

“Excelente atención y hermoso lugar”

The food here is delicious and the staff are super friendly - that's a great start. I loved being able to unwind in a spot that lets you connect with nature and the mysteries of the lagoon.
