The place was mint clean, service was great, and it’s a short walk to Disney. The staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect. I’d recommend this to everyone.

Breakfast is always delicious, the room is consistently comfy, and the suite is the best spot for a Disney trip. The TV had some glitches, but at least the internet section—YouTube and the like—was working.

The hotel is close to Disneyland and includes breakfast. The staff weren’t helpful or friendly. When we checked in with a large family Sprinter van, the front‑desk woman was quick to tell us we couldn’t park it there and suggested we try paying per hour at the Sheraton five hotels down. With four kids under five, we had to scramble without any assistance. The room wasn’t cleaned daily, towels weren’t changed daily, and when I asked for extra pillows because the ones provided were paper‑thin, I was told there was a limited supply and they could only bring one. Three of my children had to sleep without pillows.

The hotel is accessible. There were minor issues with pee stains on the toilet.

Booked this hotel to attend Blizzcon and glad its walkable to the convention and Disneyland. I enjoyed having breakfast here, was fun making the micky mouse pancakes. Room is always made up nice whenever we get back after a busy day
