整體是非常棒的體驗！！！工作人員非常親切、體貼，從泊車、辦理入住到房間設施介紹都很詳細。泳池旁邊隨時都有4-5位救生人員待命，會讓帶小孩玩水感到很安心。

“A beautiful and relaxing stay at PGM Okinawa Resort”

I had a wonderful stay at PGM Okinawa Resort and really enjoyed the overall atmosphere, service, and beautiful surroundings. The resort has a sophisticated and relaxing feel, which made it a lovely place to unwind. One detail I particularly loved was the bathroom and bathtub design. Having the bathtub open to the room created a spacious, luxurious feeling, and it was one of my favorite features of the room. I also noticed that the hotel had added a pleasant scent and a signature touch, which I believe was introduced following feedback from previous guests. I really appreciated seeing that the hotel listens to customer reviews and makes efforts to improve the guest experience. These small details made the stay feel even more special. There are a few things that could make the experience even better: * Breakfast: It would be nice to have more variety in the specialty/main dishes from day to day, particularly with items such as fish, rice dishes (for example, takikomi gohan).Having some changes each morning would make a longer stay more interesting. It would have been best to add herbs tea selections for breakfast for people who don't drink coffee. Okinawa has a variety of herbs tea, so it would be a great add. * Sanitary bags: Providing small sanitary plastic bags in the bathroom would be useful. * Shower cap: It would be helpful to have shower caps available in the room. * Room service: I would appreciate having more substantial meal options for room service, rather than mainly snack type dishes. A complete meal option would be convenient, especially for guests who prefer to dine privately in their room. * Steam iron: A dedicated place to hang clothes while using the steam iron would make it much easier to use. * Humidifier: A humidifier in the room, or one available upon request, would be a welcome addition, especially when using the air conditioning

“Perecto para desconectar, relax en una muy buenas instalaciones y mejor personal”

Nos ha encantado. Super hotel, Muy buenas instalaciones. Personal muy muy atento. Todo genial .Nos hubiera encantado alargar nuestra estancia. Repetiremos !!!. Nos encanto todo. Por decir algo , que el personal hablara un poco más de inglés. O nosotros Japonés

“素敵な時間でした”

The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, and the pool was big enough for a family that doesn’t play golf to have fun; the staff were always smiling and the kids loved it, while breakfast was incredibly tasty. The only downside was that the iced café latte, which is usually made behind the scenes at other hotels, was this time a self‑service espresso‑based version that didn’t taste very good, and although the Hawaiian restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious, the spare ribs were overly sweet.
