The payment was processed quickly, but the service was a lot worse than expected.

We discovered rat droppings in several spots of the bedroom and stains on the bedsheets, which was utterly unhygienic and unacceptable; the room also had a connecting door to another room that wasn’t properly closed, so we felt our privacy was compromised, and we left immediately because the situation was unbearable—this was by far the worst place we stayed at during our entire trip across Vietnam, from north to south.

The accommodation was quite good and I’ll return next time; the only drawback was the lack of a hair dryer.
