The receptionist was helpful, check‑in was smooth, and the value for money is solid, but there was no microwave in the room – we didn’t request one, so I’m not sure if they would have provided it.

I slept well on the bed, but the floor was a mess—white socks got filthy after walking around. The shower barely trickled, and the hallway was noisy with doors slamming and people moving. The toilet seat was cracked, and I got pinched when I sat on it; the crack must be full of bacteria.

The location was spot on and parking was included, but I couldn't get the shower hot enough and the soap dispenser broke. The room was only cleaned twice during my four‑day stay, and the curtains didn’t close properly.
