The spot is spot on, the room is huge, and there's a bar right below it. The only downside was the lighting.

“There were a few things that could have been better as stated above for the money. But having said that it was a good ba”

The rooms sit in a great spot, easy to reach from the O2. The bed was comfy, and the lad at the bar who escorted us to our room was very friendly. They added tea and coffee, though we were two and there were only three teabags. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The room was freezing cold and we couldn’t find any heating controls. The window had a heavy privacy film, blocking outside light. It was open but too high for us to reach, so it stayed icy. The glasses by the kettle were used and not clean, so we couldn’t use them. The shower could use a better scrub on the seals and tiling; it was usable but had wallpaper sheets hanging off the wall.

“Convinent for O2 but otherwise wouldn’t stay here”

Walking distance to the O2 and on a bus route. The pub played music loudly until midnight, which was annoying.

Nothing good. I’m asthmatic and couldn’t sleep because the bedding had duck feathers; the hotel should offer hypoallergenic bedding like all others to avoid allergies. The room was too dark and not cleaned well, so I’ll never stay again.

“Great location, friendly staff.”

Perfect location for an event at the O2. The room felt secure with the coded gate. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and polite. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, needing replacement. The bathroom was very clean, but the whole place was dusty—walls, carpet edges, and some surfaces.
