The balcony view was lovely and the room was cleaned well, but overall the hotel didn’t live up to its rating. The facilities felt outdated, breakfast was cold, tasteless, and even had hair in the food, while the dining area’s cleanliness was questionable. Service seemed artificial, with staff appearing friendly but not genuinely helpful. I tried to arrange a late check‑out three times; each time they said they couldn’t confirm and to ask again later, eventually saying the hotel was fully booked, yet online rooms were still available. I was willing to pay extra for a late check‑out, but my requests were dismissed without genuine effort, which was frustrating. The elevator took about ten minutes to reach my floor, and I almost had to take my suitcase down the stairs after being told it wasn’t working. The welcome drink voucher was useless because it was only valid for coffee at the hotel restaurant, a restriction not clearly stated on the voucher. The hotel is clearly in need of renovation, with visibly damaged furniture and overall poor condition. The breakfast area lacked a welcoming atmosphere, and the overall experience was far below what I would expect from a hotel with this rating.

After a last‑minute cancellation, we ended up here and the staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were nice, and the breakfast was amazing, especially given the location.

Everything was amazing! The surroundings are simply incredible, the room views are wonderful, and the breakfasts are very complete. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The pool has a magical atmosphere, and I can’t stop mentioning the restaurant, which offers a great menu and front‑line views. It was a wonderful experience!

Відсутність кондиціонеру.(вентилятор, то не кондиціонер) Загалом може у вересні просто було дуже спекотно (+33), коли перебував, в інші місяці при +25 дуже комфортно буде, тому 9/10
