The king bed was comfy, and I appreciated the separation of the sofa‑bed+TV area from the king‑bed+TV area by a wall and door. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, but the salsa verde was excellent, homemade‑like, and lifted the whole meal above the usual hotel standard. The kitchen was great; on long road trips, having a place to wash and cook veggies is a real plus. On the downside, our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been: random wall stains, an ottoman visibly stained in several spots, an extra pillow in the closet without a pillowcase that still had blood stains even after cleaning—gross. There was no top sheet for the sofa bed. Disney channel was actually the golf channel, but we used their YouTube guest access on the TV, which worked well. There was no conditioner in the dispenser, which was annoying to discover halfway through a shower.

The staff at Twin Falls were excellent! I needed a last‑minute room change for an unexpected guest, and they handled it swiftly, bringing extra towels and pillows we needed. The suite was well‑supplied, very clean, and comfortable. The shower was a downside: the glass enclosure let water splash onto the floor, and it took forever to get hot water on Saturday afternoon.

I had 24/7 access to the pool and facilities, something I’ve never seen before. The tiny room with a cooktop, fridge, and dishwasher made my stay very convenient. The shower was not enjoyable because it’s not enclosed, which I dislike; you’re always a bit cold and water splashes everywhere when you finish. The down pillows and mattress need updating, but I’d stay there again.
