Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
Excellent value for money – clean, well‑designed, modern mini‑studios, perfect location, and friendly, helpful staff (Divina & Rome). This was our second stay at a Heritake Collection property, each time for 7 days or more; we’ll definitely return. The key app is slow and a bit buggy—could use Google/Apple wallet integration.

Ficámos hospedados aqui e foi muito bom. Muito boa localização com fáceis a metro e autocarro, o quarto era muito bom, tudo correu acima do esperado. O check in foi muito fácil de realizar. Recomendo a estadia

24‑hour access was available, but the washing machine stopped at 22:00 and I couldn’t open the lid until the next morning.

We had a very pleasant stay in this modern, roomy, well‑equipped apartment right in the heart of Singapore. Luna, Divina, and Rome gave us perfect hospitality, always available and attentive to every little need, checking in regularly to ensure everything went smoothly. We especially liked the quiet of the building, which offered a home‑like privacy despite the ultra‑central spot. The unit itself was well‑arranged, comfortable, and very cute, and having access to a laundry room was a big plus that served us well. The digital key system, while simple and convenient in theory, was sometimes a bit clunky—either because our phones had weak reception in the building or it just didn’t work the first time—so we often had to try again multiple times.
