“Prachtig charmant verblijf op top locatie”
The hotel sits close to a lively club and one of the most beautiful yet quiet sandy beaches, perfect for snorkeling, and each day a troupe of monkeys roams the grounds adding some amusement. We had to get used to the service and staff at first, but eventually everything was handled smoothly and in the best possible way. Because of a few road blocks, traffic is minimal, making it very peaceful, though the hotel does try to keep arrivals and departures moving. Our suite at the top was huge and gorgeous; we ended up sharing it with our two kids even though that wasn’t the plan. The space is definitely large enough with multiple lounges and a big terrace, though we did have to bring our own mosquito net for the girls. Mosquitoes weren’t a major issue and repellent was provided. Breakfast and the lunch/dinner menus were good, with a hint of French inspiration, and the real bread was a nice touch. Overall there was nothing to complain about; it’s a charming stay, not a Hilton, with a few jungle sounds, non‑blackout curtains and some salamanders in the room—but that’s exactly why you come to Nusa, and we slept very well.
