There were a few nice welcome gifts, and since I’d stayed here before, I knew what to expect. The new clubhouse and pool weren’t finished yet, but that was explained when I booked. We had no hot water on arrival, but it was fixed the next day and Adam kept me updated.

The spot is great, close to Berry Head and the South West Coast Path, and the site itself is tidy. Unfortunately, a musty, damp smell hit us as soon as we entered the caravan, and even with the windows open it lingered, especially in the lounge and main bedroom. Visible mould, including black spots on walls and window frames, made the stay unbearable and forced us to leave early. This needs urgent attention.

The location was perfect, and we had almost everything we needed for our holiday. The caravan fit five people nicely, and we enjoyed a few good days there. The only hiccup was that the plates and bowls were a bit dirty, so we had to wash everything before using them.

The caravan was fantastic—clean, fresh, and a great holiday spot in a beautiful area. We’re looking forward to coming back someday.

This cozy caravan on a quiet, scenic site was lovely for me and my mum. The little extras—milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, and even a bottle of Prosecco—were a nice touch. Walking along the coast path to Berry Head was easy, and heading the other way got us straight to Sf Nary’s Bay.
