The rooftop terrace had a killer view, but the rest of the place was a nightmare. We never had enough beds set up, and when we asked for more, we got a broken mattress after four hours late at night. We ended up booking a hotel room just to sleep. The apartment itself was in bad shape – broken blinds, shoddy finishes, outlets hanging off the walls.

Everything was gorgeous and kept in tip‑top shape. The staff at Coconut Row were super helpful. The only gripe: the AC never got cold even when set to low.

Hopkins is a sweet spot. Checking in was easy because the front desk was next to a neighboring property. The clerk was really friendly, handed us a welcome drink and a packet of info. We stayed in a two‑bedroom and it was just fine.

The location and parking were solid. The only downside was the bed – it could have been more comfortable.

I was looking for a place where I could just breathe and relax, and Buttonwood, managed by Coconut Row, nailed it. The room opens onto a deck that faces the Caribbean, just 30 yards away. A few feet from the water there's a beach shack where Garifuna drummers play every late afternoon. Coconut Row is a short walk away and has a great restaurant. I had a bike to ride around. Hopkins is tiny and quiet in the off‑season, and everyone is friendly.
