We love the location and have stayed here multiple times; no complaints or concerns.
The view and location were great, and early check‑in was appreciated, but straws and empty water bottles were left on the nightstand, it took an hour and a half to find a luggage cart at checkout, over an hour to retrieve the car from valet, the buffet breakfast was mediocre, and hot food was warm at best.

The property was near many attractions and restaurants and looked beautiful, but the bed was extremely worn and uncomfortable, the AC made a lot of noise and was barely cold – we had to set it to 60 to reach 70 – and the only parking was valet at $60 a night, on top of the already high price for a 3‑star stay.
