I wasn’t allowed access; the person there told me the app was failing so my reservation couldn’t be honored. They also didn’t let me in even though the charge had been made to my account.

When I arrived there were no rooms available. I was only charged and have not received a refund.

I couldn’t stay; upon arrival they told me Booking never sent my reservation and they didn’t refund the payment. I couldn’t stay, and they never refunded me.
