“Tenovation, no Luxury”

The resort had some plants and was located right on the beach, but it was under renovation, the welcome room was tiny and awful, and I was charged 4800php instead of the advertised 1000php—overpriced. The pool was dirty, no TV remote was found, and after 5pm nobody was there at reception or the restaurant, which was closed with no drinks or food. Nobody offered water, the shower water smelled bad, and overall it was not a luxury place; the resort seems to push tourists away.

“Ужасно”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The furniture was extremely outdated, and the building itself was dirty, with cockroaches scurrying around. The room I had booked had an unbearable odor coming from the bathroom, and to make matters worse, the staff blatantly deceived me when I requested a room change.

“We liked the staff and location”

I had a decent stay at the hotel, but there were a few issues. The kitchen was only operational on one day when they managed to cook us breakfast, but the bed mattress was quite old and sunken, which made for a less-than-comfortable sleep. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.
