The property sits on a small hill about a 10‑minute walk from Bitan, with both garage‑included and non‑garage rooms; we stayed in room 312 on the back side of the hill without a garage, yet parking is convenient along the two rows of the road leading to the building. The air conditioning is strong and adjustable to a comfortable temperature. A small coffee table offers tea bags, coffee, and milk tea sachets, plus cookies and snacks; the fridge contains water and drinks—thoughtful service. Hot water flow in the shower is generous and the shower has a glass door to separate wet from dry areas. The breakfast room is underground but bright and tidy; if a dish runs out, the kitchen staff immediately restock, and the food tastes good. Overall, the value for money is high, and I’ll come back and recommend it to friends.
