Good apartment, good Italian breakfast and great staff. Near the Vatican. The apartment size is very comfortable. Daily housekeeping. No complaints.

I was greeted warmly and helped by the host when arriving in Rome, and the place is close to the Vatican (15 min walk) in a well‑frequented neighborhood with a fresh drinking fountain at the building’s base. However, the room was advertised with a fridge, but none was present when we arrived; a mini‑bar (not a fridge) was offered instead, yet it didn’t work. The host still let us use the communal kitchen fridge, even though that isn’t normally allowed, which was less convenient.

The area is quiet and peaceful, near shops, bars, and restaurants, and the metro is a 6‑7 minute walk. The room is new, large, and very clean. Breakfast times are set with the owner, and the pastries, dried sweets, and salty items are good. Missing: hangers in the room.
