Hotel Misty INN

“ROOM AVAILABLE ONLY FOR STAYING, SHOULD NOT EXCEPT ANY THING BEYOND THIS.”

The breakfast was nice, arranged from outside, no attached restaurant, the room was big, the TV was good and the Wi‑Fi was fantastic. However, room service was zero, the place wasn't clean, the bedsheet stayed the same from one guest to the next after checkout, there was no drinking water or coffee facilities, any request at reception was met with “we will not arrange anything,” there were no boys to help, you have to arrange everything yourself, and the room was too hot.

“No service, no staffs, no service attendees, no problem resolution. Good room ambience and location”

I was really drawn to this hotel's location and the cozy atmosphere of my room, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a complete lack of services and uncooperative staff. The supervisor seemed unhelpful as well, which made me feel like I wasn't getting the hospitality I deserved. The facilities were also lacking, which made my stay feel pretty bare-bones.

I was impressed by the hotel's pleasant ambiance and cleanliness, but there were a few things that fell short. Unfortunately, there wasn't a restaurant on site, and I had trouble getting hot water for drinking. It would have been really helpful to have access to a kettle, some basic glassware, and a few pieces of cutlery.

The hotel's location was definitely one of its strongest points, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for me. I didn't experience the level of service or amenities that I was expecting, which left me feeling a bit disappointed.
