I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because I left early. The staff were friendly and responsive to my needs. The location was convenient, close to the major highway, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel looks like an older 70s‑era property undergoing renovations. My room was atrocious and dilapidated, with poor lighting (I had to ask the front desk for extra bulbs for the bathroom). Management didn’t seem to care about making my room comfortable—better lighting, a fresh coat of paint, holes in the wall, a broken TP dispenser, missing sink and bathtub stoppers, and discolored, dingy hand and bath towels. Even though the hotel tries to ban smoking, my room carried a subtle smoke odor. I normally wouldn’t have accepted a room like this, but I was exhausted from a long drive and leaving early (3:30 am). The only bright spot was the comfortable, clean King bed, and I was on the ground floor.

Conveniently located near everything I needed, but the repairs were carried out by people who clearly weren’t qualified.

The staff were friendly, but the deadbolt on the door didn’t work, the shower was very slippery, the towel in the shower was dirty, the bathtub was painted and the paint was peeling, there was a piece of soap or something stuck in the tub drain, the bathroom was overall disgusting, the ceiling light didn’t work, and a couple of tiles on the floor were broken.
