I liked the location, and when we arrived a staff member spoke Portuguese, which made things a lot easier! The air conditioning was broken for two nights, so we had a lot of heat, and after it was fixed they left the window half open so the air duct was exposed. The AC was also noisy.

The place was very close to Main Street and all the activities. Parking was limited, and the staff could have kept a stash of coins handy for international guests who just arrived and needed to exchange notes into coins. That was the only problem we had; otherwise everything was good.
The hotel is in the city center, very quiet and welcoming. It’s 5 minutes from Interlaken West station. The breakfast had many options and the staff were very friendly. The room felt a bit old and the facilities could be better, for example the shower arch.
Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Everything else was fine.
