The Dyson hair dryer was a nice touch, and the staff were kind, making the stay comfortable. A water dispenser in the lobby let me refill my bottle easily, which was handy when I returned late after sightseeing or meals from the West Gate area. I didn’t spot any of the bugs that had worried me. Nothing major went wrong, though the room felt about right for the price; if you’re trying to save on accommodation, this place works. The toilet paper couldn’t be flushed, and I could hear other rooms’ doors opening and closing, but it didn’t disturb my sleep.

The room is really comfortable with everything you need and a big, decent TV. There’s a coffee machine and free drinks in the lobby. The hotel staff are super friendly.

The hotel is just a short walk from the nearest station, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which was great. When I arrived late at night, a male front‑desk staff member handled the check‑in, and the next day a female staff member was also very kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease. On the first floor lobby there was free coffee, juice, and water, which I appreciated. The Dyson hair dryer in the room was another nice touch. The main reason I chose this hotel was that the toilet had a washlet and the toilet paper could be flushed, which is very important overseas. The entire room, including the toilet and shower area, was spotless. I hung a “please clean” sign on the door before leaving, but when I returned the only thing that had been taken care of was the trash disposal and a new set of towels. I was hoping for bed‑making, so that was disappointing. The toilet paper had not been refilled, so I had to go to the front desk to get more.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the receptionist was friendly, making for a very comfortable stay. The soundproofing was poor, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper or noise‑sensitive.
