“Lovely location m, great food…just need a few extra touches”

The terrace offered beautiful views, and the décor in the bar, common areas, and rooms was lovely and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered a pizza and it was delicious. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated that the doors opened with a real key. The bed left body impressions and the pillows were flat, making it a bit uncomfortable. I liked that the keys were physical rather than cards, but the large room‑number tags made me feel a little uneasy. It was disappointing that the Elemis brand didn’t appear in the bathroom products. For a 4‑star hotel, I expected a bottle of water in the room, but there was none.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was good. I would have liked more activities around the hotel.
