We did not stay at the location corresponding to this address; we were transferred to another hotel and we didn't know why. The place was clean, but there were no services available. The receptionist was attentive. There was no dining room or lounge.

The rooms were modern and clean, and the stay was comfortable. The staff were really helpful. It was a little far from the centre, but close to transport options.

The floor in the bathroom was wet, the door handle in the room was broken which left me stuck, I had to wait 20 minutes under the beach calling the intercom with no response, I had a wobbly bed that cost me almost 70 euros for two nights, and there was no place to leave my luggage, leaving the hostel for work with the fear of being robbed at any moment. There was a 30 cm space between the beds, and if I accidentally raised my head it hit the bed above me (luckily I was on the upper one).

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, and the overall service was poor. The most upsetting part of my experience was at reception: a receptionist accused me of stealing €5, which was completely false and extremely unprofessional. Being blamed for something I did not do was humiliating and unacceptable. Instead of treating guests with respect, I was made to feel embarrassed and disrespected. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The staff's behavior, especially the false accusation, ruined my stay. Please, I am giving advice for new guests: it is better to stay at Park but don't stay in this hotel.
