Niagara Lodge & Suites

“Great”

The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and having convenient parking made our stay even easier. The complimentary hot breakfast was a great way to start the day, with the added convenience of having a restaurant right on the property for dining. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and attentive, making us feel comfortable and valued throughout our visit. It is refreshing to find a hotel that combines great amenities, cleanliness, convenience, and such wonderful customer service. Whether you are visiting for a family vacation, a weekend getaway, or a business trip, this hotel is a great choice. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to friends and family. Great

My stay was very disappointing. The lodge was poorly maintained, and the bedsheets seemed never to have been changed or cleaned. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and I hope management will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

“Mixed experience but might try again in a year”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was excellent. The room was clean, but the bed felt too firm for me. It looked like the room was in mid‑renovation; the bathroom had been updated with a nice shower and facilities, but the bedroom had a mix of old damaged furniture. There was no trash can anywhere in the room. I expected a better experience based on other reviews.
