The location was great, but the rooms were not well soundproofed; it was still comfortable if you arrive by ferry, even late at night, since the reception is open 24/24.

The building is a bit old, but the sea view is fantastic. Paul at the reception was very friendly and gave us many tips.

We arrived very late from the Inside Passage, and both check‑in and check‑out were handled nicely. Unfortunately, we cannot give a better rating because the lady who made breakfast was rude and in a bad mood; someone like that should not be in service or dealing with customers. We’ve rarely been served so poorly!
