I liked when I finally complained. I got a nice looking room like I should’ve got the first place like I got plenty of times before. The fact that he said there wasn’t an early check-in, but I have been there before and checked in early and paid a fee and while I was waiting, I seen plenty of people go in and check in and get their room keys and go to their room while I still was waiting I went in the time you told me to arrive, he gave me a room smell like dog urine. The bathroom was disgusting so I went back to him and asked him for another non-smoking room because the room seem like it was smoking. It was cigarette holes in the blankets. then he told me I’ll be another 30 minutes. The property was very empty The rooms were all available because the windows were open. There was nobody in there and there was no cars in the parking lot. He finally gave me a proper room after I called corporate. After that was fine. I wish I took photos, but I did it but definitely don’t stay in room 118. It’s disgusting
I liked the location and it. I was there for 2 nights and had to be moved to 3 different rooms. 1) The 1st and 3rd room had roaches 2) Half of the outlets didn't work. 3) There was a party going on till 5am the first night. 4) Front Desk/Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced and I'm 60 years old. I asked for a refund and was refused. I DO NOT RECOMMEND that anyone ever stays there from this day forward!!!
