The place sits nicely, just a 10‑minute walk to the station and another 10 to the arena. But I’ve never seen a spot so tiny and filthy; dust clung everywhere and I had to take a daily cortisone. The room smelled like feet the moment I opened the door, which was scandalous. I had to buy cleaning supplies to scrub the bathroom and couldn’t even sit on the toilet. The photos I attached show the grime around the bed—just imagine the rest!

The location is convenient, close to the city centre and the train station, and the independence it offers is handy. The rooms are clean and the beds are good. It would be nice to have a microwave so I could reheat food. The bathrooms are old and the locks jam.

The place is close to the railway station, the bathroom is very good, and I enjoyed the common area.

The accommodation is near the train station and the city center, reachable within a short walk; the shared bathroom is clean. The price is perhaps a little steep.
