Nothing! I left without having breakfast, the hotel needs a makeover and deep cleaning in all areas. The place is unfit for review.

Nothing. Terrible, bad service and dirty floor, dirty towel—disgusting, never again. I only chose this hotel because it was late and I was extremely tired! The staff were awful, as if the customer was doing them a favor.

Only the shower was okay because the water was hot. The AC units in neighboring rooms made noise; they’re old and rattling. I couldn’t sleep well. The window glass was broken, giving me a sense of insecurity. I booked there because the bus station is very close.

The hotel is simple and provides what a property of its class should offer, but there was a water leak from the bathroom ceiling. Every time the toilet is used, water drips onto the head, and the source of the water is unclear—it might be coming from the toilet on the floor above.
