Everything was great: the staff were friendly and provided the best service, but I didn’t like the taste of their muesli.

The place was decent. The food, from dinner to breakfast, was bad.

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful, check‑in was easy, and the views and buildings were beautiful. I paid for an Executive suite, but it was not worth the price and looked standard. The garden door locks were broken and made me feel unsafe because they did not lock well. Almost all menu items were unavailable at the restaurant. Breakfast was the same on both days; most items were finished by 08h30 on Sunday, and the staff offered no alternatives when we were told the bread was also finished.

The staff made our late arrival convenient, even though we checked in after the usual time; the place is clean and well maintained. The dusty road outside is a bit of a challenge if you’re driving a small car.
