“A great place to unwind”

The Castello is a great place to unwind in a beautifully calm rural setting. The roof of the Castello has a sitting area that offers a 360° view of both sunset and sunrise and the surrounding volcanoes. Richart and Julia are also very friendly and caring hosts, and their breakfast is great. For lunch and dinner you can also order food directly at their Cafe next door. The rooms in the Castello are large and clean, equipped with a western‑style bathroom. There is no AC, but I wouldn’t have used it anyway because it’s quite cool in the area. All in all a very nice place!

“Even though it is out of town it is worth being up in the lovey location.”

Richard and Julia were great hosts. We arrived late and Julia prepared a lovely dinner. We called ahead. Breakfast was great too. The sunrise and sunset from the roof are amazing

The hosts were very friendly and helpful! The location is very quiet. The rooms were very comfortable!
