The location was fantastic, and the elevator was adapted for guest comfort. I deliberately chose a room with an external bathroom, but it wasn’t very practical. Everything else matched the description, so it didn’t affect my rating.

It was warm! Right in Palermo ❤️. The room was quite small but comfortable!

Good location. Breakfast was just OK. Antonio on the night shift was excellent—top of the team, highly energetic. The room was very dark. The bathroom was extremely dark. The place looked dirty.
