The staff were friendly, the facilities clean, and the location convenient. However, the room we stayed in had a heater that couldn’t be turned off, making it uncomfortable to sleep. I wasn’t told at check‑in that rooms were only cleaned midweek, and when I returned that day the room wasn’t tidied and the beds weren’t made.

This place was perfect for our family of four - it had everything we needed for a ski trip. The location was great, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. It was a bit pricey, but it was worth it for the convenience and comfort.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was perfect for exploring the area. The comfort was top-notch, especially the beds, which were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was spotless and so were the bathrooms. I'd definitely come back or recommend it to friends.

I was really impressed with how big and comfortable our apartment was - it had a full kitchen, a sofa bed, and plenty of space to spread out. It was like having our own little home away from home.
