The afternoon reception staff were excellent, and the breakfast staff were fabulous. The night reception manager was very unreceptive when we asked for a midnight drink and didn’t even make eye contact, and the pillows in room 114 were really unsupportive.

The hotel is great, very comfortable and pet friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very attentive. Nothing was wrong; everything was fine.
