The location was fine, but the capsule’s air‑conditioning didn’t work so we had to keep the door open for airflow, called for help and nobody answered, and the bathrooms were dirty.

The room was very clean, including the cleaning area, but the issue was that the doors had to be opened outside to reach the courtyard’s blue doors, and it wasn’t clear where to enter the code; when other guests opened the doors, the lock was still problematic.

The capsule was very comfortable with good ventilation and sound insulation, and the small rooms with few capsules were great; the phone support during check‑in was very competent. I didn’t receive check‑in details, so I lacked practical info like the access code and Wi‑Fi password. Two of the three toilets on the floor were clogged and unusable, apparently already the day before; the capsule was clean overall, but there was a small (blood?) spot on the ceiling with a hair inside, which was rather unappetizing.

“Dårlig service i forhold til toiletter som ikke virkede”

Den sidste nat blev 2 ud af 3 toiletter stoppet og det sidste toilet var der tis udover hele gulvet. Ringede til døgntelefonen for at sige dette ikke var optimalt og det skulle fikses. Fik afvise dette først kunne blive fikset næste dag kl. 10.00
