The location was convenient, the neighborhood was lively and young, but the room was nothing like the photos – filthy, full of mold, exposed wires, and objects hanging on the wall in a very unsafe way. The corridors between rooms were literally holes in the wall, the walls had deep cracks, and the worst part was the sheer amount of mold.

Everything was great, nothing was missing.

Very cheap and well located, but the facilities are old for the price.

The place was strategically located and very quiet; the common areas always had hot and cold water, a fridge and a microwave. Communication with the host was excellent, he even gave us two mattress toppers because the beds were initially hard and uncomfortable with a plastic covering that made us sweat, but thanks to him our stay improved. The cleaning left a lot to be desired, especially when I first got the room: the furniture near the bed had dust, cobwebs and trash left by previous guests. When I reported this, I was told that after check‑in no additional cleaning was scheduled unless I paid an extra 15000 krw, and when I replied that the room should have been delivered already clean, I received no further response, so I had to clean it myself. Services like the washing machine and iron worked only on the lower floor (there are two common areas where these services are available, one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor); on the upper floor the common area had no working outlets or washing machine.
