The location is excellent, but the property needs a deep clean and better upkeep. We had problems with hot water during our stay, and the bathroom needs work: black mould in the grout lines and an old, rusty soap dispenser.

The location is spot‑on, right in the centre and near the main attractions, and it’s calm and quiet. The room was very clean and spacious. Huge thanks to receptionist Berat for his kindness and patience, and to the woman at the breakfast buffet. We’ll definitely come back!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is great for exploring the city. However, the room’s cleanliness was poor on arrival: all pillow covers were dirty and in bad condition, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, and the gym was out of use—definitely not a 4‑star experience.
